3. User-Generated Content

4. Deal Submissions
Users may submit deals they discover from third-party retailers. ImpulseBuy does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or validity of any deal posted on the platform. Prices, stock availability, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time by the respective retailers. Users should verify all deal details directly with the retailer before making a purchase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the platform to post spam, misleading deals, or deceptive content. Manipulation of the voting system, including the use of multiple accounts to inflate or deflate deal scores, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to harass other users, exploit vulnerabilities in the platform, or circumvent moderation actions will result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
The ImpulseBuy name, logo, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of ImpulseBuy and may not be used without prior written consent. All software, design elements, and original content created by ImpulseBuy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
ImpulseBuy is a community-driven deal aggregation platform and is not a retailer. We do not sell products, process transactions, or provide warranties on any items listed on the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ImpulseBuy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ImpulseBuy, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
