The $999.99 ABS RTX 5060 offer is now sold out. A current alternative is the $1,399 MSI Codex Z2C at B&H: $29.01 more than this Acer, with the same Ryzen 7 8700F, 16GB system RAM and 1TB storage, but an RTX 5070 with 12GB VRAM instead of the RX 9060 XT with 16GB. This Acer is still available at $1,369.99. Compare the GPU features and benchmarks relevant to your applications; VRAM capacity alone does not determine performance.
