KTC labels 210 Hz as an overclock of the H27T22C-3's 200 Hz setting. If that mode isn't stable with your system, the native setting is the sensible fallback.
@finalpricepls KTC specifies 1440p at up to 210 Hz over DisplayPort on the H27T22C-3, versus 144 Hz over HDMI. The advertised maximum therefore depends on how you connect it.
The H27T22C-3's USB 2.0 port is for firmware upgrades. It isn't a regular USB hub for plugging a keyboard and mouse into the monitor.
